Uniboard® Thermally Fused Laminate (TFL) is available by custom order in a variety of dimensions, thicknesses, cores and finishes, with FSC® Certification available upon request. Contact your sales or specification representative for more information on how to further customize Shipshaw.  

Uniboard’s Signature Collection blends classic with contemporary style. This statement collection features luxurious textures with daring new colors reflecting artisanal quality. The Supermat finish building on contemporary trends with its ultra-smooth matte texture. This smooth matte finish is prized for its touch of lightness.  

Guide to Maintaining Uniboard TFL Panels:  

Maintaining your Uniboard melamine surfaces to look polished and new is easy. Following production, panels can be cleaned with the help of paint thinner, or solvents used for varnish or contact glue. It is important to never use acidic or abrasive products, as they may damage the panel finish. The melamine panels should not be exposed any clamps or assembly methods. The melamine panels should be glued and assembled with mounting dowels method or screwed with plated finish. 

Specifications

Uniboard® TFL Decorative Panels are produced using cutting edge technology that thermally fuses melamine saturated paper to either a Particleboard or Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) core. The resulting fully bonded Decorative Panel is durable, flexible, scratch and stain resistant, with vibrant and long lasting colour quality.
