Fabrication

Tafisa® TFL decorative panels are manufactured efficiently and sustainably. Decorative layers impregnated with kraft paper are pressed and thermally fused to particleboard or MDF.

Sustainability: Rewood™ by Tafisa®

Tafisa®’s wood recycling facility uses wood materials recycled from the construction and demolition sectors for their panel products. In the production of decorative panels, Tafisa® is committed to using only 100% recovered and recycled wood fibers. Rewood™ places a portion of the post-industrial wood fibers in its panels with post-consumer wood fibers. This technology ensures a constant and renewable supply of raw material. The use of recycled wood throughout the production of Tafisa® panels is fully integrated. This approach extends a tree’s useful life cycle; instead of ending up in a landfill site, post-consumer wood materials are recycled and integrated into the company’s panels.

Care and Maintenance

Tafisa® TFL Panels are easy to clean and maintain and do not require special care. Normal use and basic maintenance will ensure years of use and unsurpassed surface quality.

For best results and to avoids streaks, Tafisa® recommends using a foaming aerosol glass cleaner with a dry soft or microfiber cloth. Apply a fair amount of foam on the surface and gently wipe the dry cloth.
