Weather Resistance:

Pura® NFC is engineered to be used in a ventilated façade solution that’s easily installed. The relatively low weight of the prefinished siding makes them easy to slide into place, and their durability means they can handle a rough build site. Cleaning and Maintaining Pura® NFC by Trespa:

Pura® NFC has a closed surface that is virtually pore-free making it highly impenetrable to contamination. In addition, Pura® NFC is highly resistant to a number of chemicals including many different non-aggressive and aggressive cleaning agents. Although Pura® NFC requires minimum maintenance, it is advisable to clean the sidings after installation on site and at yearly intervals or whenever the windows are being cleaned there after, depending on the area, type of application and the care taken with processing and assembly.

Fabrication:

Pura® NFC Panels are decorative high-pressure compact laminates with a thickness of 8 mm for outdoor applications. Sheets consisting of layers of natural fibers (paper and/or wood) impregnated with thermosetting resins and surface layer on one side, having decorative colours. A transparent topcoat is added to the surface layer and cured by Trespa’s unique in-house technology Electron Beam Curing (EBC), to enhance weather and light protecting properties. These components are bonded together with simultaneous application of heat and high specific pressure to obtain a homogeneous closed material with increased density and integral decorative surface.
