Fabrication

TFL surface papers are impregnated with melamine resins are pressed over kraft paper core sheets with phenolic resin. These sheets are then bonded at high pressures to create a strong, stable surface. The finished sheets are trimmed, and the backs are sanded to facilitate bonding.

Care and Maintenance

Cleaning TFL is simple with a quick wipe of a damp sponge. These surfaces resist mud, coffe spills, and staining. Difficult stains can be removed using a mild household cleaner or detergent and a soft bristled brush.
